We process data to: answer messages (contact form, sent via Resend); send the newsletter if you subscribe via the footer (email confirmation, unsubscribe); record a PayPal donation if that feature is enabled; and — only if you accept statistics in the cookie banner — measure Site traffic (pages, artwork records).
hf_consent — stores your cookie choice (essential).
Auth.js session — admin login only (essential, not on the public site).
Analytics (/api/analytics/hit) — only if you accept statistics in the banner.
hf_aid — visitor id for stats (set only after accepting statistics).
Likes, recording shares and displaying counters remain available without analytics consent (actions you initiate, or reading aggregated totals).
Artwork pages do not embed YouTube or Vimeo (images only). A CMS page may still include an embed; the third-party player may then set its own cookies.
Email: Resend. Online donations: PayPal (if enabled). Hosting: private server (Coolify). Contact map: Google Maps iframe if a map URL is set.
Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle them. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Traffic stats: according to our internal aggregation.
